Finland is being praised as good example in education, again. Yes, there is a lot of things that we apparently do better than most countries, but can we really stand up to all the good things being said?

Finland has a culture of “win-win” practices. From top to bottom it is clear that everyone is working to improve student outcomes.
That may be true, but another question is if everyone agrees on what the outcomes should be and how we should work to get to them. However, many of the things in the original post are things that we at least pursue. But are we there yet?
